Return Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased from Office Essentials, you may return it within the applicable time frame. Please call your Customer Service team (or request a return online) to return damaged or defective products. Items must be ready when the driver arrives for the pick-up. Your account will be credited when returned merchandise is received back into inventory.

Subject to manufacturers' return policies and restrictions, Office Essentials will accept returns of stocked products in saleable condition, within the applicable return period, after receipt by you, including, but not limited to Office Supplies, Perishables, Furniture, and Technology. The product must be returned to Office Essentials with its complete and original manufacturer's packaging intact and undamaged, including Universal Product Code (UPC), and manuals and parts. Any product that is returned without a promotional item which was included in the original transaction (such as: buy printer, get free ink) will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the amount refunded.

Supplies

Items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt if the product has not been used, is in its original box and is in resalable condition.

All Toner and Ink

Perishables

Some perishable items, such as food, cannot be returned at all, and are marked as such online and in our catalog.

Furniture

Because furniture is subject to natural wear and tear, returns must be made within 14 days. The product must not have been used and be in its original box in resalable condition. The amount of refund will be the original purchase price less actual shipping & handling cost plus a 25% restocking fee.

Custom-ordered and custom assembled furniture is made and/or assembled to your specifications, so it is only returnable if it is defective or damaged when received. Please report any damage occurring from shipping immediately so a claim can be filed with the carrier.

Technology

Hardware such as Business Machines, Printers, Computers, Electronics, Networking, Peripherals or Data Storage must be returned within 14 days. The product must not have been used and be in its original box in resalable condition.

Return Authorization

OE requires that you use a return authorization number or the packing list received with the product that you are returning. Please use our on-line return request form, or simply call our customer service department at 866.251.9802.
